MOCA TROWBRIDGE, 2017/18

Playing on the sound of cherub both visually and as a sound work, I had alternating lighting between shadows and reflections in the window and placed speakers in both the airbricks on either side of the window, with the voices of Hugo Danino and myself improvising on the word cherub /chair rub . Cherubs sat and unsat on chairs as lights expelled them into different configurations and our voices rubbed chairs and chaired rubs
