Milligan Street is 100m from Limehouse foreshore. The street name is intended to honour Robert Milligan, a noted slaveholder. In May 2020, responding to the Black Lives Matter protests, I made a work called LIE of the Land, in which I spray-painted out all the letters of Milligan Street apart from L I E.
