Lunar Rainbows and Beyond

The presentation began with a childhood memory of several times seeing the lunar rainbow, with an awestruck gathering, over the Victoria Falls near my town. The Lozi name for the falls ‘Mosi o Tunya’, ‘the smoke that thunders,’ fuses visuals and sound. Both the shared witnessing of this wonderment and the poetry of the Lozi name are subconsciously instrumental in my future outdoor work
